Do demons eat human flesh or just their blood?
In Kimetsu no Yaiba demons that aren’t upper ranks try to eat as much as the human as they can such as this guy:

In demon slayer there are Upper ranks who actually absorb humans instead of eating them such as Doma, Upper Moon 2.
They would absorb instead of eat simply because absorbing is more effective and way faster!
There were even demons who would absorb demons such as Kokushibo, Upper Moon 1.
He would absorb demons who challenged him and lost. We can also assume he absorbed humans.
