In Naruto, did Naruto master the Flying Raijin Jutsu like his father Minato did?

 No, he never mastered the jutsu.

I’m a bit flabbergasted after reading the other answer. It’s true that the 3 examples (the only ones that exist in the series) mentioned in it could be seen as FTG but it wasn’t.

1) Naruto never used Flying Thunder God Technique against Kisame. There was no teleportation involved. That was solely his speed. Killer Bee merely questioned if that was a teleportation jutsu, which it obviously wasn’t.

And it’s literally impossible for Naruto to have used FTG against Kisame because they were no markings anywhere around the perimeter, let alone on Kisame in order to teleport to him.

2) Naruto used the Body Flicker Technique to stop Boruto. It is common knowledge that the ViZ sometimes calls the Body Flicker Technique "Teleportation", whereas space–time ninjutsu are generally referred to as "Transportation Techniques". Further confusions arises because the Flying Thunder God Technique is regularly called the "Body Flicker Technique" by various individuals, including Tobirama.

However, there is nothing that suggests Naruto learned the Flying Thunder God Technique over the timeskip. The opposite is the case. If Naruto learned the Flying Thunder God Technique during it, he shouldn’t had any problems teleporting Momoshiki’s Takamimusubinokami away from the village, instead he took the blast head on risking his life.

3) Naruto did not use Flying Thunder God Technique in the movie. He ran/jumped over to the kunai. Whatever you want to call that weird move that actually worked. He threw a normal kunai towards Menma which had, again, no markings on it in order for Naruto to even have the possibility to teleport to it.

The scene with Naruto was just a callback to the scene 16 years ago. The jutsu Obito mentioned that hit him 16 years ago was the Rasengan.

And on a side note, he threw Minato’s Kunai (with the FTG markings) which he had under his cloak actually just a minute after the above mentioned scene towards Obito.

So no, he never mastered/learned the Flying Thunder God Technique. That’s just wishful thinking.
